INTERNATIONAL CUSTOM DUTIES & TAXES
All international customs and duties fees are calculated at checkout and included in your order. You will not be responsible for any additional fees upon delivery.
SALES POLICY
- All in-store sales are final.
- All opened product orders are non-refundable.
- All digital products, including eBooks and online training courses, are non-refundable.
PRODUCT INSPECTION & DAMAGES
At Billion Dollar Beauty, we take great care in preparing and packaging your orders. However, please note:
- We are not responsible for any damages to packaging caused during shipping and transit.
- Packaging damage does not qualify for a refund or exchange if the product itself remains functional and intact.
We strongly encourage customers to inspect their products immediately upon delivery.
- If your product arrives broken (not just the packaging), we are happy to assist with a replacement request within 2 days of the delivery date.

Customers are responsible for the shipping and return label costs associated with any replacement.
TWEEZER & METAL PRODUCTS POLICY
All tweezer and metal products are hand-tested and carefully inspected before shipping.
- Due to the nature of these products, refunds are not available.
- However, if there is a defect with the product itself, you may request a replacement within 2 days of the delivery date.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
For unopened products:
- We offer a full refund within 7 days of delivery.
- Refunds are processed once the returned package is received and inspected by our shipping department.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping and label costs.
- We are not liable for any return packages that are lost or stolen during transit.

SHIPPING POLICY
Once an order has been shipped and marked “delivered” by the carrier, Billion Dollar Beauty is no longer responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen packages.
- If you encounter any issues, please contact the delivery carrier directly.
