SHIPPING & RETURNS


INTERNATIONAL CUSTOM DUTIES & TAXES

All international customs and duties fees are calculated at checkout and included in your order. You will not be responsible for any additional fees upon delivery.

 

SALES POLICY

  • All in-store sales are final.
  • All opened product orders are non-refundable.
  • All digital products, including eBooks and online training courses, are non-refundable.

 

PRODUCT INSPECTION & DAMAGES

At Billion Dollar Beauty, we take great care in preparing and packaging your orders. However, please note:

  • We are not responsible for any damages to packaging caused during shipping and transit.
  • Packaging damage does not qualify for a refund or exchange if the product itself remains functional and intact.

We strongly encourage customers to inspect their products immediately upon delivery.

  • If your product arrives broken (not just the packaging), we are happy to assist with a replacement request within 2 days of the delivery date.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping and return label costs associated with any replacement.

 

TWEEZER & METAL PRODUCTS POLICY

All tweezer and metal products are hand-tested and carefully inspected before shipping.

  • Due to the nature of these products, refunds are not available.
  • However, if there is a defect with the product itself, you may request a replacement within 2 days of the delivery date.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping and return label costs.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

For unopened products:

  • We offer a full refund within 7 days of delivery.
  • Refunds are processed once the returned package is received and inspected by our shipping department.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping and label costs.
  • We are not liable for any return packages that are lost or stolen during transit.
  • Please retain your proof of postage and return tracking number when sending back a return.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Once an order has been shipped and marked “delivered” by the carrier, Billion Dollar Beauty is no longer responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen packages.


  • If you encounter any issues, please contact the delivery carrier directly.
  • Refunds and exchanges are not provided for lost or stolen packages.

SHIPPING TIMES

Most orders are processed and shipped promptly.

  • Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days (Monday–Friday) after the order has shipped.
  • Please note, Billion Dollar Beauty does not have control over postal service delays.
  • We can only confirm shipping status based on tracking information provided by the carrier.
