1. General Terms

  • Acceptance of Terms: By accessing our website or booking any services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.

  • Eligibility: To book an appointment with Billion Dollar Beauty, you must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent/guardian.

  • Service Changes and Availability: Billion Dollar Beauty reserves the right to modify or discontinue any services or prices at any time without prior notice.

2. Appointment Booking and Cancellations

  • Booking Appointments: All appointments must be scheduled through our website or by contacting our team directly. You agree to provide accurate information during the booking process.

  • Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

    • Less than 24 hours’ notice: A $50 cancellation fee will apply.

    • No-show: A $100 fee will be charged to your account.

  • Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule, and a late fee may be applied. Please call if you are running late, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

3. Payment and Pricing

  • Pricing: All prices for services are listed on our website or available upon request. Prices may vary depending on the type of service or location.

  • Payment: We accept payment through credit/debit cards, gift cards, or other payment methods available through our website or in-store. Full payment is required at the time of service.

  • Deposits: A non-refundable deposit may be required for certain services (e.g., volume lashes, special requests). This deposit will be deducted from your total service cost.

4. Service Terms

  • Lash Extensions: Our lash extensions are carefully applied by trained professionals. However, we are not responsible for reactions to the adhesive or any other products used during your service. Please consult your technician if you have any allergies or sensitivities before the appointment.

  • Touch-ups: Touch-ups are recommended every 2–3 weeks to maintain the fullness of your lash extensions. We offer touch-up packages at discounted rates.

  • Service Guarantees: We aim for every client to leave satisfied with their lash extensions. If you experience any issues with your lashes within 48 hours, please contact us so we can schedule a corrective appointment free of charge. After 48 hours, service charges may apply.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Aftercare: Proper aftercare is essential for the longevity of your lash extensions. We will provide you with detailed aftercare instructions, and we ask that you follow them carefully.

  • Health Conditions: It is your responsibility to inform us of any health conditions or allergies that may affect the application of lash extensions.

  • Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items during your appointment.

6. Privacy and Data Collection

  • Personal Information: We respect your privacy. Any personal data we collect will be used solely for the purposes of booking appointments and providing services. We will never sell or share your personal information without your consent, unless required by law.

  • Consent for Photography: During appointments, we may take photos for marketing or promotional purposes. By booking an appointment, you agree to allow us to use your photos for such purposes unless otherwise stated.

7. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Service Refunds: We do not offer refunds for services rendered. If you are unsatisfied with the results of your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can make necessary adjustments or schedule a follow-up appointment.

  • Product Returns: Products purchased are non-refundable, unless damaged or defective.

8. Liability

  • Limitation of Liability: By using our services, you acknowledge that there is always a risk of irritation or damage to the natural lashes due to the adhesive or the application process. While we take every precaution, Billion Dollar Beauty is not responsible for any adverse reactions or damage to your natural lashes.

  • Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold Billion Dollar Beauty harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of our services, including those related to allergic reactions or misuse of products.
