BDBXO didn't start as a business plan. It started at a lash bed.

I'm Andrea — founder of BDBXO, six-figure lash artist, educator, and the person behind every product, course, and piece of content you'll find on this site. I built this brand because I spent years in this industry trying to find supplies I actually trusted, education that actually taught real technique, and a community that treated lash artistry like the legitimate, lucrative career it is. I couldn't find all of that in one place — so I built it.

The Brand

BDBXO stands for Billion Dollar Beauty. That name is intentional. The lash industry is a billion-dollar industry and every artist working in it deserves to be paid accordingly — not scraping by on underpriced sets, not buying cheap supplies that make their work harder, not learning technique from someone who took a weekend class and called themselves a master educator.

Everything at BDBXO is built around one idea: if you show up, learn the right way, use the right tools, and run your business like a business — there is no ceiling on what you can earn.

The Supplies

Every product in the BDBXO supply line was developed because I needed it myself. The Retention Rich® Adhesive was formulated for speed and hold — because working slow costs you money. I don't sell products I wouldn't use myself. That's not a marketing line — it's the standard.

The Education

I've trained hundreds of lash artists — from complete beginners who had never held a tweezer to experienced artists who hit a ceiling they couldn't break through. The BDBXO education programs exist because I know what it takes to actually master this craft and build a sustainable business from it — and I know how much bad or incomplete training costs artists in time, money, and confidence.

The Mission
