Shipping & Returns Policy

International Customs Duties & Taxes

All customs and duties fees are calculated at checkout and included in your order total. You will not be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery.


Final Sale Policy

  • All in-store sales are final.

  • All opened products are non-refundable.

  • All digital products, including eBooks and online training courses, are non-refundable.


Subscription Policy

Subscriptions must be canceled before the billing date to avoid charges.
If a cancellation request is submitted after the billing date, the subscription will remain active until the following billing cycle.

All subscriptions require opt-in at checkout. Billion Dollar Beauty xo is not responsible for charges resulting from automatic billing once a subscription has been activated.


Damaged Products & Packaging

Damage to outer packaging during transit is the responsibility of the shipping carrier and does not qualify for a refund or exchange if the product itself is usable.

Customers must inspect all products upon delivery.

  • We do not replace or refund damaged packaging.

  • We will provide solutions for broken or defective products (not packaging) reported within 2 days of the delivery date.

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping and return label costs.


Tweezers & Metal Products

All tweezer and metal products are hand-tested and inspected prior to shipment.

  • Refunds are not available for these items.

  • Replacement items may be provided if an issue is reported within 2 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping and return label costs.


Unopened Product Returns

Unopened products may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of delivery.

  • Refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected.

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping and return label costs.

  • We are not liable for return packages lost or stolen in transit. Please retain proof of postage and tracking.


Incorrect Address & Lost Packages

We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.

Once a package is marked “Delivered”, Billion Dollar Beauty xo is no longer responsible for stolen or lost packages. Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly.


Pickup Order Policy

Pickup Window:
Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–4:30 PM EST
(Hours may vary on holidays—please call for confirmation.)

Returns & Cancellations:
Pickup orders may be canceled or returned within 9 business days of purchase.
Pickup orders are not eligible for store credit.

Unclaimed Orders:
Orders not picked up within 9 business days become non-returnable.

Shipping Unclaimed Orders:

  • U.S. shipping: Economy $7.99, Standard $12.99, Express $45.99

  • International shipping: Rates calculated upon request

Adhesive Products:
Adhesives cannot be exchanged if not picked up within their shelf life (typically 3 months from purchase).
